How The Little Membership works
What am I actually paying for?
You're putting money aside for future treatments at Little Injectable Co. Every payment becomes treatment credit on your account. You're not paying for a set treatment package or committing to having anything done.
How does it work?
Choose Essential, Plus or Complete, then select weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. Your payments happen automatically and your credit builds up over time.
When you're ready for treatment, book your appointment and use your available credit towards the cost.
What's the difference between the three memberships?
Just how much you put aside.
Essential: $31 per week
Plus: $50 per week
Complete: $87 per week
All three work the same way. Choose whichever amount suits your budget.
What if my treatment costs more than I've saved?
You can use your available credit towards your treatment and pay the remaining balance separately.
Do I need to have treatment every month?
Not at all. Your payments build your credit, but you decide when to book. Treatment timing will always depend on what is clinically appropriate for you.
Will I lose my credit if I don't use it?
No. Your paid treatment credit doesn't expire, even if you cancel your membership.
Can I cancel my membership?
Absolutely. There's no minimum term or cancellation fee. Cancelling stops your future recurring payments, and your existing treatment credit remains available to use.
Can Westport clients join?
Of course! The Little Membership is available to both Christchurch and Westport clients.
Does joining guarantee I can have a particular treatment?
No. All treatments are subject to an individual clinical assessment to ensure they're safe and appropriate for you.

How The Little Membership works

Your chosen payment is automatically processed weekly, fortnightly or monthly until you cancel. Each successful payment is added to your Little Injectable Co treatment credit. Your balance builds over time and can be used toward eligible treatment when you’re ready.

Each option is calculated from the same annual treatment-credit value. Monthly payments are calculated using the weekly rate × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months and rounded to the nearest cent. This means annual totals may differ by only a few cents because payments can only be processed to the nearest cent.

No. Treatment credit you have already paid for remains yours and can be used toward eligible treatment, even if you later cancel your membership.

Yes. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. You can cancel future recurring payments at any time. Cancelling stops future payments but does not remove treatment credit you have already paid for.

No. The Little Membership provides treatment credit, not an entitlement to a particular treatment or treatment plan. Every treatment is individually assessed and will only proceed where it is clinically appropriate, within the treating clinician’s scope of practice and following informed consent.
